I will work with you to provide the most effective methods of treatment for the “presenting problem”, as we call it. Sometimes that will be supportive, active listening, along with perhaps some motivational interviewing to get you where you want to be. Sometimes it might be ACT, Awareness and Acceptance Therapy, which is a researched proven method for enabling people to find the joy and happiness they’re looking for, and to live in accordance with their values and life goals.

Sometimes our work is a combination of the above, along with minfdulness and meditation techniques, to allow you to be present for the challenges facing you, and to be able to make reasoned, self-compassionate choices for yourself and your loved ones.
